We have launched new flagship projects in Lviv and the Carpathians − but we do not plan to stop there.

Lviv is not just another point on the map. It is a choice made with both heart and mind. When the full-scale war began, many plans had to be put on hold. But the desire to create, invest in the economy, and develop infrastructure did not disappear. We chose the safest and most promising regions. This is not simply a new geography − it is a new professional level and a new challenge.

Lviv is a city with deep history, high cultural and architectural standards, and a demanding character. It inspires and attracts young people, tourists, and entrepreneurs. We saw in Lviv the potential for implementing innovative projects that combine comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. Our idea is to create not just residential or investment spaces, but a lifestyle.

Lviv has its own character: it values meaning, depth, and sincerity. Communication with local partners, architects, and the community is an extremely valuable experience, but also a certain challenge. When we first began working in Lviv, there were many surprises − both positive and professional. The culture of communication here is different: there is more character, more persistence, and more emotion.

The architects we work with are deeply in love with the city, and that is truly inspiring. But the competition for attention is also enormous. Lviv does not allow room for mistakes. Here, sincerity must be proven not with words, but with actions. This changes the approach to every decision − from facade design to the selection of a landscaping partner. We felt that Lviv residents deeply value their city and pay close attention to every change within it, which is why the process of creating and approving the project was especially engaging.

The Emerald project is our response to the city’s need for a modern living space with a high level of service.

“For me personally, this is both a challenge and a new stage. I bear direct responsibility for this project − both strategically and reputationally. Lviv has a special energy: it demands respect and substance, and it does not accept empty forms. That is why, for me, Emerald is not just a building. It is an attempt to integrate a new philosophy of living into the city’s architectural context. And I sincerely want Lviv residents to feel that sincerity and accept us.”

Anna Kravchenko, CEO of Premier Development

Emerald is the first true serviced apartment project in Lviv, created not as a marketing product, but as a living concept. Our investor is a strong supporter of the serviced living model, and we truly studied the experience of the United States and Europe, even undertaking a dedicated tour of EU cities. The idea lies in convenience without excess, in combining privacy and service. We want to give people the opportunity to live comfortably without having to think about everyday бытові matters, while also enjoying aesthetics, infrastructure, and style.

The ideas do not stop − and neither do we. Our new projects are already at the starting line. We are currently working on the concept of a mountain resort in Yablunytsia, and this is a completely different format. But Lviv remains our priority. We want not only to build, but also to create added value − for the district, for the city, and for every resident. We have big plans and even greater responsibility. And most importantly − we are here for the long term. We want to become part of the city.

We are planning to implement several more projects in the city that will respond to the needs of both Lviv and its residents. Our goal is to create spaces that harmoniously integrate into the urban environment and bring value to the community, regardless of the city itself.

There is even more ahead. We definitely will not stop at one project − we are creating a new quality of life and setting a new direction for the development of Ukrainian cities.
