2018
The beginning of the journey
Establishment of Premier Development as a developer.
Start of partnership work on the first residential complex - GENEVE residential complex in Dnipro.
2019
The first victory
Recognition of the GENEVE residential complex project with the National Award "iBuild-2019" in the nomination "Best Regional Business-Class Residential Complex".
2021
Expanding the project portfolio
Our project “Katerynoslavske Depot” won the “iBuild-2021” award in the nomination “Best Industrial Space Renovation Project”.
Development and start of construction of the BARVY residential complex.
2022
New challenges and solutions
We accept the challenges of war.
In Dnipro, a hostel for refugees was re-equipped, and in Kryvyi Rih, a shelter was set up.
At the same time, in July, the company resumed construction of the BARVY residential complex in Dnipro.
2023
Integration into the professional environment
Membership in the board of directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU).
Beginning of development of new projects in the western regions of Ukraine.

Ambitious goals
Preparatory work on investment projects in the Carpathians and Lviv.
