As we previously announced, Phase One of the BARVY Residential Complex (Sections 1 and 2, as well as the commercial annex) was officially commissioned on August 1, 2024, under certificate No. ДП122240711970, issued by the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Dnipro City Council.
Phase Two of the BARVY Residential Complex (Sections 3 and 4) was officially commissioned on February 4, 2025, under certificate No. ДП122250124694, issued by the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Dnipro City Council.
We are now pleased to announce that in May 2025, the BARVY Residential Complex was officially assigned its legal address. Another important milestone has been completed, and the residential complex now officially has a registered address: 28-V Zaporizke Highway.
This means that we are finally beginning the phased registration of property ownership rights for the apartments. We congratulate all owners and look forward to meeting you.

On August 1, 2024, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Dnipro City Council issued Certificate No. DP122240711970, confirming that the completed phase complies with the project documentation and is ready for operation.
The BARVY Residential Complex team continues active work simultaneously in several sections and throughout the surrounding area.
In Section 2, tiling in the entrance area has been completed, and custom rough renovation works are ongoing.
In Section 3, wall plastering and floor tiling in the corridor areas have been completed, and entrance doors to the apartments have been installed.
In Section 4, preparatory works for tiling the entrance area have begun, and custom rough renovation works are underway.

The year 2022 will forever remain in our memory as the year the full-scale invasion began.
It was a year that changed everything: plans, priorities, and the rhythm of life. Yet even in the darkest times, the project remained alive: construction was paused for only a few months. Step by step, with limitations and restructured processes, but with one unwavering goal − to complete the project so many are waiting for.
