The concept was created not to dominate, but to become part of the landscape. Panoramic windows expand the boundaries of space, opening the interior to nature, while landscaped terraces and the rooftop form a single continuous green contour.

Construction of BARVY Residential Complex in Dnipro began in March 2021, and in February 2022, the war started. Despite this, construction was paused only for the first few months − after that, the team resumed work, maintaining progress while seeking effective solutions in constantly changing circumstances.
Each stage of construction depends on the previous one, so delays caused by electricity outages triggered a chain reaction. The situation was especially difficult when heavy machinery had to be used, such as cranes, which cannot operate on generators. This increased both the duration and the cost of the works, and our team often had to adjust their plans accordingly.
When the massive attacks began in the autumn of 2022, we immediately purchased small generators. At first, they could support only some of the crews, and during air raid alerts we had to move workers to shelters. Over time, we adapted and purchased additional generators, which now allow us to continue working even during outages. Although blackout schedules are not always accurate, we do our best to adjust to them and keep construction moving forward.
Power disruptions, rising utility tariffs, and a shortage of specialists did not affect apartment prices at BARVY Residential Complex. We offset the additional costs through construction progress and partially reduced our own profit margin. Price increases occurred only as planned and were linked to the completion of specific construction stages. We strive to keep our apartments affordable for buyers even under such difficult conditions, and we make every effort to ensure our clients remain satisfied.
Power outages did affect the project completion timeline, but we are doing everything possible to maintain the quality of construction work.
Our workforce remained stable even during the war. We even hired additional specialists in some areas. Despite mobilization and changing circumstances, we maintained effective management and operational efficiency. We had to adapt to new legal requirements and construction conditions. With the beginning of the war, we faced new challenges, but thanks to our team, we introduced new approaches to process management. The system was not always ready for such changes, but we successfully overcame these difficulties. This allowed us to remain innovative and efficient even in such challenging circumstances.
While many developers focus solely on square meters, Premier Development chooses a different path − a path of meaning, humanity, and depth.
