As we previously announced, Phase One of the BARVY Residential Complex (Sections 1 and 2, as well as the commercial annex) was officially commissioned on August 1, 2024, under certificate No. ДП122240711970, issued by the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Dnipro City Council.
Phase Two of the BARVY Residential Complex (Sections 3 and 4) was officially commissioned on February 4, 2025, under certificate No. ДП122250124694, issued by the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Dnipro City Council.
We are now pleased to announce that in May 2025, the BARVY Residential Complex was officially assigned its legal address. Another important milestone has been completed, and the residential complex now officially has a registered address: 28-V Zaporizke Highway.
This means that we are finally beginning the phased registration of property ownership rights for the apartments. We congratulate all owners and look forward to meeting you.
