This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) by Premier Development LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) to conclude a contract under the terms outlined below. Acceptance of this offer is made by submitting a request via the website https://premier-development.com.ua.

2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with informational and consulting services related to real estate (such as property presentations, consultations, meeting bookings, etc.).
2.2. Services are provided free of charge or at an agreed fee, based on submitted website requests.
3.1. The offer is deemed accepted once the Client fills in one of the forms on the website.
3.2. By submitting a form, the Client confirms full agreement with the terms of this offer.
The Contractor undertakes to:
Provide complete and up-to-date information about the properties;
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Client undertakes to:
Provide accurate information when filling in the forms;
Not use the services for unlawful purposes.
5.1. All information on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer to buy or sell under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
5.2. The Contractor reserves the right to change the website content (including technical specifications and prices) without prior notice.
6.1. All materials (texts, images, logos) are the property of the Contractor and are protected by law.
6.2. Any use of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
7.1. Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of quality or specific results.
7.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the Client.
8.1. The Parties shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, legislative changes, etc.).
9.1. This offer is effective from the date of publication and remains valid indefinitely until revoked.
9.2. The Contractor reserves the right to update the terms of the offer by publishing a new version.
10.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with Ukrainian legislation in the commercial court at the Contractor’s registered location.
