CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF BARVY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: 2022 YEAR-END SUMMARY

The year 2022 will forever remain in our memory as the year the full-scale invasion began.

It was a year that changed everything: plans, priorities, and the rhythm of life. Yet even in the darkest times, the project remained alive: construction was paused for only a few months. Step by step, with limitations and restructured processes, but with one unwavering goal − to complete the project so many are waiting for.

Throughout this difficult year, we managed to achieve a great deal:

• preserve our team of specialists;
• ensure safety at the construction site;
• take important steps in the project’s development.

Today, construction is actively ongoing across all sections. In Section 1, an important stage has been completed. The other sections are also progressing rapidly.

Section 1:

• elevator equipment has been delivered;
• preparation of the elevator shaft for elevator installation;
• preparation for the installation of smoke extraction shaft fans;
• installation of smoke extraction backdraft dampers on each floor;
• dismantling of the tower crane for Section 1.

Section 2:

• masonry work for the elevator shaft and ventilation ducts on the roof;
• installation of ventilation ducts on the roof;
• glazing works continue on floors 5 to 7;
• masonry of inter-apartment walls and ventilation shaft boxes.

Section 3:

• installation of floor slabs above the 6th floor has been completed;
• glazing works on the 2nd floor of the section have begun.

Section 4:

• wall masonry on the 6th floor is nearing completion;
• the staircase flight to the 7th floor has been installed;
• installation of the precast-monolithic belt above the 6th floor is ongoing.

The commercial part is also developing:

• internal staircases have been installed;
• the rooftop access superstructure has been completed;
• roof waterproofing has been carried out.

We are adapting to the realities and moving forward because we believe that every brick and every completed floor is not just square meters, but part of the future we are creating together.

The year 2022 taught us the most important thing − movement even in silence, faith even in darkness, and action where stability seems impossible.

We did not stop. And we will not stop. The project is taking shape, and each new element brings us closer to completion.
