Premier Development − A Leader in Regional Development

In 2026, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine marks its 15th anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, Premier Development received the “Best Regional Developer” award in recognition of its long-standing leadership, stability, and partnership, as well as a certificate confirming its status as an official partner of the Confederation.

Premier Development’s cooperation with the Confederation has been systematic. The company serves on the CBU Board of Directors, participating in professional dialogue regarding the development of the construction industry, the establishment of modern development standards, and the future reconstruction of Ukraine.

The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine was established in 2011 and is currently the country’s largest industry association. The CBU unites over 900 members, representing more than 100,000 workers in the construction and related sectors.

The CBU is also Ukraine’s sole representative in the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC), which brings together 32 national federations from 27 European countries. This creates additional opportunities for integrating the Ukrainian construction industry into the European professional landscape and for the exchange of international expertise.

We congratulate the KBU on its 15th anniversary and thank the entire Confederation team for uniting the professional community, fostering open dialogue, and contributing to the future of Ukrainian real estate development.
